Vision Magazine provides personalized editorial content, branding solutions, and media partnerships. Because of the personalized nature of our services, all payments are considered non-refundable once a project has been accepted and started.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service request, written notice must be provided within 48 hours of confirmation. Cancellation is only possible if work has not yet commenced.
Once a project has entered production, cancellation and refunds are not applicable.
Pricing
Our service pricing varies depending on the scope and requirements of each project. As every collaboration is tailored, pricing is provided upon request. For detailed information, please contact us to receive our latest media kit and proposal options.
Dispatch & Delivery
For printed volumes or merchandise, we engage third-party courier services for delivery. Estimated times of delivery will be provided at the time of purchase.
Domestic deliveries can be expected within 5-8 business days. International deliveries may take 12-15 business days, depending on customs and courier schedules.
After dispatch, Vision Magazine will no longer be responsible for any delays due to factors beyond our control.
